Josey – Adminisrator/Author/Ninja

Josey is the designer, grand dragon and the creator of Saltlakemusic.com. Currently residing in Chicago, he grew up in Salt Lake City, UT. Graduating from the University of Utah with a BA in linguistics Josey specializes in computer science and logic, and dabbles in web design. A few of his musical influences include The Smiths, Portishead, Digital Underground, Smashing Pumpkins, The Lemonheads, Bjork and his current kick includes underground hiphop and slighted indie/alt-country bands (this could be due to his recent residency in Lawrence, Kansas). When he’s not working his ass of to keep the web from imploding on itself, Josey enjoys playing guitar and bass, racing, visiting the local pubs and wearing his peruvian boots the whole time. Josey’s greatest contribution to Saltlakemusic is his meticulousness and ability to update the site every few centuries with little or no trouble. When Josey does migrate back to Salty town (every so often), its quite the celebration.

Joe – Illustrator/Author/Terrorist

Joe is a resident fecalpheliac and contributing designer/author for Saltlakemusic.com. Residing in the avenues above Salt Lake City, Joe enjoys looking down on the valley and imagining he is large enough to smash it with his pinky finger. Joe is a Salt Lake Community College alumni majoring in graphic design with an emphasis on illustration. A few of his musical influences include: Helmet, Sepultura, Cannibal Corpse, Aaron Copland, Danny Elfman, The Red Chord and Beck. Joe is a 2D blackbelt in Taekwondo and is plays in the local music group VCR5. When he’s not kicking old ladies in the face and making derelict house music he enjoys being with his best girl and making plans to take over the world. Joe’s greatest contribution to the site is his ability to spew garbage out of his right brain and into the computer in record time. You’ll definitely see him at local music venues.
